CCTV stands for "Closed Circuit Television". The CCTV system is an integrated video surveillance system. It consists of a number of video cameras and video monitors. The cameras, located strategically across a facility or a site make it possible to visualize the camera's surrounding environment from a distance, usually a control centre where the monitors are located. The First Line Digital Surveillance System is a computer driven close circuit television system running the "MasterControl™" or "DigitalSentry™" software. The digital event recorder has the monitoring and recording capacity of a traditional CCTV system plus the networkability of a computer system.
